We charge a flat rate of $4 per order under $100. However, we occasionally run promotional offers and provide free shipping with a lower pre-order price.

Q. How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing time, depending on our order volume. We ship orders out Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are typically sent via USPS, and delivery can take 3-7 BUSINESS days, NOT including weekends. You will receive a tracking number when the order is shipped.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS‼️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! We know that sometimes things can get damaged during the delivery process. If you receive a damaged item, please email info@shopmygalore.com with a photo of the damaged product within 72 hours of delivery. Please put the word “Damage” and “order number” in the subject line. We will send you a replacement or issue you store credit minus the delivery fee. We do not guarantee product availability on your damaged item.
Q. What happens when my order is returned to the sender?
Once your order is returned to My Galore Boutique, we will issue store credit for the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
