We are located in Sanford, FL and all orders are shipped from Sanford, FL.
Q. How much will it cost me for shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $4 per order under $100. However, we occasionally run promotional offers and provide free shipping with a lower per-order price.
- $4 Flat Rate Shipping USPS First Class with Tracking
- $10 Flat Rate for USPS with Tracking and Insurance
- $25 for overnight shipping (USPS)
Q. How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing time depending on our order volume. We ship orders out Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are typically sent via the USPS, delivery can take 3-7 BUSINESS days NOT including weekends. You will receive a tracking number when the order is shipped.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR RETURNS‼️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! We know sometimes things can get damaged during the delivery process. If you receive a damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product within 72 hours of delivery. Please put the word “Damage” and “order number” in the subject line. We will send you a replacement, or issue you store credit minus the delivery fee. We do not guarantee product availability on your damaged item.
Q. What happens when my order is returned to the sender?
Once your order is returned to My Galore Boutique, we will issue store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
